SWAPO Representatives List

The much aniticipated SWAPO representative list has been made public. The party’s electoral college meeting held over the weekend elected the following candidates for the upcoming National Assembly elections to be held on November 27 and 28, 2009. The Namibian newspaper had earlier predicted that this list will consist of candidates made up from the three SWAPO interest groups “the Swapo Youth League supported by the National Union of Namibian Workers, the current leadership, which will be fully represented at the Electoral College, and those who have fallen out of favour with the “populists” in the party.” We hereby present you The List:
