New Year Message:

  • Exit: Keep on supporting local music. And you must listen: do not ignore (those songs) because you just never know; it may just become the next big thing.
  • Mushe: Education first, then music 2nd! And live your dream! 

Accomplishments:

  • Released our first album, in our first year: Industry 911
  • 4 awards in our first year: Most promising artist, Best New Comer, Best Duo and Best Kwaito
  • Our very own musical Tour around Namibia (Luderitz, Gobabis, Rundu, Katima Mulilo, Tsumeb, Swakopmund, Ongwediva and of course Windhoek. We also made a stop in Zambia
  • Accomplishing this much in our first year is an accomplishment.

Type of Music and why: Kassie Kwaito; music for the people. We use our music to give the people a message and we use Kwaito because it’s currently the popular music genre and it is therefore the best avenue to reach out to the masses.

Contribution to Namibian music industry: A lot! We did a lot for Namibia’s music industry in one year and we have more in store. We will also contribute in the area of promoting upcoming artists.

Exit and Mushe Manager’s thoughts: Managing them is not as easy as it seems; it’s a lot of work and a lot of sacrifices. The time issue is a major problem that the boys need to work on. Other than that, I’m very proud of them!
